    When lining a baking tray with dough, it should be covered with parchment paper and then filled with baking balls (a suitable material for this) or, alternatively, dried grains.
    Only then should it be baked in the oven and after this operation it should be filled with the desired filling.
    You'll see that your pies will be more perfect and beautiful, without the risk of the bottom being raw.
