Did you know that... you can make farofas in the microwave?

    Nothing simpler...

    Beat 120g of egg whites with 100g of sugar until firm and glossy.
    Then spoon this mixture onto a plate and place it in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (or until puffed up).

    Then just let it cool, place it in a serving bowl, top with crème anglaise and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
    This way the farofas will be fluffy but with more texture, delicious!
