    This is definitely a very well-kept trick...
    One of the great indicators of quality and tradition in a sericaia (or sericá) is the way it cracks during cooking. So how do you make it?
    When arranging the preparation in the clay dish, spoon it in a crisscross pattern. It's that simple!
