Fleur de sel comes from the traditional salt flats of Ria Formosa, mixed with oregano leaves. It's excellent for seasoning tomato salads, among other things.
The herbs used for seasoning were selected and separated manually, where only the leaves of the plants are present, resulting in a high quality product.
