    The mystery of the cream that doesn't rise...

    It's probably happened to you that the whipping cream didn't rise properly, right?
    Take advantage of this tip (actually there are three...):

    - Always buy cream with at least 35% fat.

    - Store them in the coldest part of the refrigerator.

    - A few seconds after starting to beat, add a few drops of lemon and sugar.

    INFALLIBLE !!!
