Did you know that... to confirm that a pudding is perfectly cooked you should not use a toothpick?

    The toothpick is by no means the best way...
    And do you know why?
    A pudding is always very moist, so when you insert a toothpick, it always comes out wet. There's a risk of overcooking the pudding.
    So, the safest option is to stick a knife all the way to the bottom and if the caramel rises, it's ready!
