Did you know that... snacks should not be fried while frozen?

    I'm sure it's happened before, after frying croquettes, hamburgers or other items, that they don't turn out creamy inside or simply burst, right?


    This could be because you fry them while they're still frozen. Fry them when they're soft.
    Besides being faster, they will be evenly fried and colored, and the cream will be creamy and warm inside.
