Borrachões are Geocakes' most emblematic biscuit. Made in Idanha-a-Nova, at the heart of the Naturtejo Geopark - the first Portuguese geopark recognised by UNESCO - they follow an ancestral recipe that Chef Raquel preserves with over 40 years of dedication to the regional recipe book. Each batch is made by hand, with short-supply-chain ingredients, no artificial flavourings or preservatives.

The combination of virgin olive oil (19%) and brandy (10%) with cinnamon, wine and fresh eggs gives these biscuits an unmistakable crisp texture and a flavour Beira Baixa has every right to call its own.
